Love that fifty five shoe box Chevy. It reminds me of a Lary Watson car; although I think that one I'm thinking of was a '56.
    Very cool car.

Hey roach, that pan was the baddest-ass thing I've ever seen. That paint was incredible, who did the work?

That is a recreation of Bobby Langley's Scorpion 1. The other car is the restored Scorpion V.
Where are you transplanted too, we have been showing the cars togeather for a year now and Scorpion one made ite first show in june 2004.
Do a Google search for Bobby Langly Scorpion dragster and find more about both cars.

  17. Congratulations to the gang from Them for putting on such a great 'debut' show. Keep up the great work! Here are a few pics I took, starting with the crew that deserve the recognition for all of their hard work.

Don thanks for the update and link. I live in a cave. I seldom get out of the garage and I am pretty new to the HAMB. Beautiful restorations, memories of Langley vs. Eddie Hill at Green Valley, wow.

A very HUGE thanks to everyone who attended the show! Words can't express how happy we were that everyone came out, had a great time, brought an unbelievable selection of cars and made the 1st Annual THEM! Invasion a huge success.

Obviously we couldn't have done it without the amazing participation of people from far and wide.

Keep your eyes and ears open for updates on next years show. It is our wish to make it bigger, better and even more fun.

Now keep the pictures coming! Most of us were too busy running around the show and we are really enjoying seeing what you all captured on your cameras. Post your slide show links, photos, all you've got, and we will try t compile them all together in the next few weeks!

    THEM! Thanks YOU!

Had a great time! I'll be back next year for sure. Got to meet a lot of new people and catch up with old friends too. Even got some guy taking pictures of my piece of junk with three hotties in it. Can't complain.

Nice show. Thanks for sharing the pics!

  30. Did anyone who went happen to ask what all the "pin up" photography was about? Calendar, Mag, for fun? Just curious.
