This guy selling the BC property is selling his own collection amassed over 40 some odd years so the buyer would have to be a car nut (single) or with a very accommodating other half. Titles he may have...One thing to note also is BC is pretty kind to its metal...its no Cali but much better than other provinces here in Canada. Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba are Metal friendly as well (not so much nowadays as salt is used now I believe but field cars away from it are okay)...The taxes on this property were around 2k per year I saw in the listing. I don't think he is desperate just moving on to life's next adventure.

I think your actually referring to repossessed properties and that's a whole other issue. I wish I could have found the discussion on CBC radio to post.
