    I was thinking most stock cars back then.

    I don't get the whole debate. Setting a price is the sellers prerogative. Choosing to pay the price is a decision made by the purchaser. It is a process that has a built-in ability to self-regulate. The actual sale price is the point at which both parties are happy to proceed with the transaction. Works beautifully, don't you think ???

    The question of "morality" comes when one party needs the object/service as an absolute necessity, and the other party is fully aware of this and uses it as leverage for unreasonable personal gain. The playing field needs to be maintained as level.
