  3. My old 32 truck, Enderle injection I put on it when it was a racer, ran it for a while on the street, but just wasn't smart enough to make it work that well.

The Chevy injectors had to be turned 90 degrees to accommodate the over under Y-Block ports.. I built a small adapter to attach the injector 2 the heads. The rest was just a matter of figuring out a linkage This setup made 462 horse on a iron head 333 inch Y Block..

2-1/8" Hilborn to the left, 2-1/2" Crower to the right- both for SBC. The Crower is going on my 1948 Thames (and fits under the hood comfortably).

Wow. The Crower looks huge compared to the Hilborn.

It is! It is! :D Hopefully I'll get some big power out of it. Should really perk things up in the local 35 MPH zone...

I did some research and found two pictures of Bruce Crower with the then new injection manifold for a BBC in 1966.

I also found a picture of an altered wheelbase Chevy II with a Crower unit on a big Chevy.

I would guess the picture is 1967 not only because of the Nova being a 66,67( I can't tell them apart) but because it's still running stiff wall slicks while having high end parts like Dougs headers and what appears to be a NICKEY instant "FUNNY CAR" front frame. I would think if it was later, it would have the newer style tires.

love these stack set ups,the 8 tubes strait up to the sky are the ones I fell in love with at the oval tracks in the late 1950s on. There were so many racecars with these then,an now can't find them as EZ as it would seem I should be able too.

Help me up Enderle or Crower ?

Answer to #12 -- Probably both. Look at them closely -- they're different. First one sure looks like Enderle.

Here's my DeSoto Enderles -- notice the unusual port configurations. Fooled most the members of an "elite" SoCal street rod club.
