This is an NOS 97 Stromberg carburetor that was disassembled , individual parts glued to the back of a custom made wooden box, and numbered. Each part is described on paper, which corresponds to a number. This amazing display is from the 1930s or 1940s, and was either used in an Auto Shop Class or an old Auto Parts Store. I bought it 20 years ago from a Hot Rodder in Riverside, California. He was a passionate collector that specialized in early Fords, Flathead engines, and obscure automotive parts. I have showed this to the guys over at Early Ford Store in San Dimas, California , and no one has ever seen anything quite like it. If you want the ultra piece of speed equipment, look no further.
