O NO, !!!!
Thanks for the shot, but I am going to keep the uniqueness of the Ute being a unibody in the sense that the bed is not separate. Just going to refine the bulky wellside box sides and class it up a bit. I may have to forgo the sidemount spares or it may be too long to get the tires to sit low enough to look right.
I don't have photoshop but I really like Themoose's rendering, but I think a little shorter top, a little longer and lower bed rail, and possibly removing the sidemounts(as much as I really wanted to keep them, I just don't know if I can make them work out on the Ford) Here is my butchery of Themoose's rendering. I would love having the ability to do photoshop to add a leaned back 36 grille and longer 36 style hood louvers. The shorter top will actually suck by adding a huge blind spot so will have swan style mirrors and possible a massaging of the top shape.
No problem. It was just more of a creative exercise. I just wanted to see what it would look like.
Now I just need to get it in the shop and build version real 1.0. Thanks for what you do.
A good friend recently picked up this nice 34. I am looking for some better wheel option ideas to share with him. It is a driver and he may be open to pricing out both regular or wide white tire options to go with a different style wheel.
I think just about any wheel would look better than what's on it
Man that hurt my eyes! Maybe chrome steels and caps with a bit of a rear drop?
I would like to see black wheels on mine
Thanks , I like it
I'm thinking this tank @Petejoe posted in the Amish t roadster thread https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/amish-t-roadster.1236546/ would make a dandy streamliner, but i know nothing about Photoshop. Lets see what you Photoshoppers can do with it.
NOOOOOO! Don't do that to that poor Stude!
Could I please get some "Torque Thrust" wheels put on ? Thanks
Man we have a bunch of MASTERS of this stuff.
Would someone please replace these modern wheels with full wheel covers and whitewalls? I like 56 Lincoln, with a chrome bullet in the center.
Also want a custom grill. I saw one with something like a 1960 Mercury grill that was cool.
If your going to make a streamliner out it it will be a motorcycle.. now a lakester would be a different story..
Dang! Beat me again! And I just did wheels!
Both perfect! Thanks!
How about a similar treatment on a 57 fridge truck?
No, that’s a 57 Ford F100 with a 1960 Mercury grill.
Some more ideas for the F100. GMC
and Chrysler grilles.
Ok, we finally decided we want to repaint our 56 this Fall.
It’s currently pink and white.
We want to go with a black metallic or a medium to dark red metallic with skirts but leave the white alone. Plus we are lowering it 2-3”. Can someone help please? I’ve attached one with skirts from a previous rendition. Thanks
