    Can anyone show me how my Roadster would look with Firestone whitewalls?

    The roof is a 1956 or 1957 Chevy 4-door Hardtop, but I kept the B-pillar and raised it up a bit. 57 Chopper Final.jpg

    No. At least, I wouldn't. Let the body lines do the talking. See how the new roof works with the wheel openings? Chrome would just take away from the overall effect. I did deepen the color to make it look even longer and lower. Less is more here.

  7. Wondering what this truck would look like with a radical sectioning or channel and rework similar to the coupe... feel free to change color, wheels, etc. medium_1940_ford_1gc_1-2_ton_2_door_pickup_4aa621edde.jpeg 1940-ford-truck.jpeg tapatalk_1557413177423.jpeg

  13. Just read Ryan's article about the Niederkrom coupe, and now I am officially in love with the Toyota TRD calvary blue color. Can someone turn my Uni the same shade of blue?

    @soddruntlestuntle

    Here's an approximation based on the fact that the color changes dramatically depending on whether it's in the sun or not. I'm assuming you wanted it in a flat color.

    Nicely done! I'm a glossy kind of guy, but that does look sharp.

  17. madfish, would it be possible to see it glossy?

    I would like to see the rear of the top brought forward 3-4", through the quarter windows.
    Would anyone care to tackle this?

  28. Slanting the pillar would help too i feel. The problem is that (aside from it looking suspiciously like it´s totally made of bondo) the roof is too flat. If it had a nice curve to the gutter line it would look a lot nicer and less squashed. Think you could find another roof somewhere?

    Thanks, James D.
    I agree with you on the B-pillar. I'll carry this over, for the owner to see.
    You and the rest on this thread are a valuable asset to the HAMB, and much appreciated!;)
