So good lookin'
One fro a few pages back - Lanchester LD10.
Enjoying your conversions, James. That last one (with nice rework of the rear fender, by the way) would also look cool as a sports roadster.
It's amazing what you all can do with photoshop. I have been thinking about how Rusty would look with an aviation themed paint job. Could one of you photoshop wizards put this old fighter type paint job on the truck? Thanks to everyone in advance!
Thank you. And I think you're onto soething.
Moose that's awesome!! Any chance you could change the green back to black? Wife isn't digging the green as much as I am. Amazing how you can do that! Thank you so much.
I think you should try to talk the wife into the green
I agree! Thanks again. You rock.
How about the maroon body color on the wide 5 wheels ?
Here ya go
I've been playing around with GIMP with chopping and lowering... I was wondering if someone could paint it black for me?
man you guys are good,,,
I have lost the green battle but I think I'm gaining in other areas. We both agreed that if we are going with the aviation theme we need to get rid of the current door/fender art. Anyway you could get rid of it and toss some other aviation stuff on there? I'm in the Marine Corps and my wife is in the Navy. We both fly helicopters so anything helicopter related would be awesome too. Thanks again for your creative skills!
97Snakel668 - put some 50's Buick side ports on hood or, some very short/stubby exhaust headers on side of hood
I love this. Seriously thinking of one for my next project. Can any of you whizkids out there impose one over the other to better get a feel for what mods would be needed? Looks like a major reshape of the roof and back end is needed (or could I use a beetle roof or similar)
Thank you both for your service!!
Here you go.
The roof is cut across the middle, shortened and the back half shunted forwards. It's also raked down towards the back. That gets you most of the way to the shape I made. Laying the back window down and filling up the gaps to the parcel shelf should about cover the rest of it.
I guess you could cut the area around the boot lid free and push it down to get the right profile at the back end.
At least it shouldn´t be expensive to do, just time consuming.
Thank you again. I think I have her convinced it's time to get after it! Thank you for everything you do on these pictures.
I echo that statement!! Thank you!
