My take, added a hood and nose and some big chrome wheels and fat whitewalls.

 

Seems like LN7 Nut and I are thinking along the same lines.

Slight chop and and 1 inch section to bring the body crease in line with the truck bed.
Starting to look like the R&C Dream Truck in the early stages!

 

And just for fun, I shortened the wheelbase a few inches and bobbed the bed at both ends.

 

Here's one with tires that won't leave you stuck in your driveway in the winter.
