Event Coverage The "Ore" House Hot Rod Party..... Lotsa Pics

For the second year, deep in Silverado Canyon,the "invite only" shindig was held. This year featured four dragsters that fired up and caused serious mayhem between the walls of the canyon. Two bands kept the joint rocking all day, and bikini clad barmaids kept the crowd happy. A great BBQ lunch was served to the occupants of 60 plus cars that showed up this year. The "Ore" house is like Disneyland for HotRodders.

That has to be the coolest event. Location, cars, people and weather. All perfect.

I was eating and looked up......Bad Bob was standing there.......he heard from a friend and drove out to say hi

 

I rode out with StudebakerDave. He was there earlier with his son and called me. Cool location,band playing,small car show,good food,a couple scantaly clothed ladies,and a cackle fest! What's not to like!!!!

 

Next year you will have to spend the day
