This little car has lived in the spare building at work for the last year or so waiting for me to move to the new house and finally build the new shop. She came from a kind HAMBer in Cleveland, Ohio and is in pretty decent shape for a rusty old Ford. FINALLY!! at home in the new garage. Lost the fenders along the way. "Was a hot rod back in the day..." Someone went to the trouble of chroming the dash, installing some cool gauges and generally butchering the shit out of the poor little car. Cherry firewall, as usual. Ended up not being that bad. Don't try this at home. Frame is fairly straight, but has suffered some serious indignities in the past. '48 Ford front suspension and crossmember booger welded to the '33 chassis. Sweet engine mounts held...something.... not sure. More of teh same. And, don't forget to wrap the leaf springs around a piece of all thread. And the muffler clamp traction set-up. And here she is safe and sound. She is going to get a big fucking Pontiac motor, TKO-600 and a quickchange. She'll be OK, I promise. -Abone.
