    Here's another one of mine ...behind the wheel of my old 50 Chevy shorty hippie bus headed down 101 on the Oregon coast ...Road trip in with friends...the nut is the one taking the picture....he was out the door stretched across the fender and resting on the hood with the camera taking the picture while the bus is doing about 45-50 mph , it had a 270 Jimmy in it then , crazy daze......     Taken a long time ago with a Vivitar 400/SL 35mm SLR camera. Driving a 53 Ford pickup at the time, with just a bit of the road reflected in my glasses. "Selfies" were tough to do back then, and you didn't know if they turned out OK until you got the film developed.

  24. Early pic of my 396/4sp 1964 SS on the way back from Kansas in the late 70's.....making that run in under 3 hrs ? with a little CB help....wish she'd got that factory tach and console in the pic....it was a ex 409 car but back then nobody cared. 64 SS trip kansas.jpg
