Everthing you ever wanted to know about tires!!
600x16 .... 750x16 .......................... steve
my '62 Bonneville, front 205/70R-15 on 15x6 steelies, rear 225/70R-15 on 15x7's
Anyone have any pictures of fenderless 29 roadster a framed highboys with 5.50x16 7.50x16 and 5.50x16 7x16. I am torn between these sizes. I have a massive picture collection for reference but non with tire size info.
I even keep going between the 4.50x16 and the 5.50x16 on the front. Some 29's look good with the 4.50x16 7.50x16 combo but the ones that do look good seem to have a kick in the rear that makes it look better stance wise (that massive big and little combo on a stock frame seems a little mis proportioned?)
the rears are P255/65R16 and the fronts are P225/75R15
205/70/15 Firestone on 15x7 Supremes
Can we keep this going? looking for some wheel/tire ideas!

The 'A' coupe is running the exact same tires...
Same Model A pictured above....A BONED's 5 Window....
Tires? This is 2011, we don't need tires.
I love this thread!!!!
Hurst racing tires
Coker bias-plys on '62 Stude Lark rims now on my '55 Desoto.
That would definitely keep the cost of a build down, as long as the flux capacitor was in good shape.
Mine has 6.50/16 rear with 6.00/16 front. I might go up to 7.00/16 rear and down to 5.50/16 front, but I am undecided yet because I have not seen that combo on a '35 -'36 on this thread yet.
165-75-15 / 255-70-15
Different looks and such.....
Jeff, That truck looks good with what ever shoes it has on. The casual every day look the dressed up look and the running shoes it sports . They all look great.
Thanks Joe.aand your Truck ain't too shabby either my friend...sits right! and has the proper look!
Does anyone have a side profile pic of a stock suspension 30/31 coupe with 7.00/16 - 5.50/16??
Great thread everyone! I spend all day long talking about these tires on the phone or at shows and rarely get to see them installed. Thanks for the pictures, the different combos look great!
Any guesses on what size tires are on "The Starlite Coupe" here?
Looks like a pair of them and a pair of those.
Hmm, I tried both Coker and Hurst, and neither is listed.
Does anyone have Firestone 10.00x15 tires ?
Can we get a New year bump....
Bring it to the top!
5.60-15 front, 7.00-15 rear. . .
8.20-15 rears, 5.60-15 fronts
Im kind of partial to my original firestone dirt track rear slicks (700/16), and my firestone dirt track fronts (5.00/16)
Separate names with a comma.
