'60 to '62 Chrysler Astradome Electroluminescent.

Predating digital gauges, high voltage caused the numerals of the gauges themselves to "glow" or light up. Steering wheel appears to be attached to it because this gauge panel was integrated with and surrounded the steering column. Not an issue with the automatic transmission dash mounted push button shifter, but the factory three speed stick shift '61 Newport convertible I had in high school had a delicate wirelike shifter handle with a plain black ball on top snaking out of the transmission tunnel around the bench seat because of it.

Never claimed to be the first one to use Drum Wrap, but I did this a few years ago before it was as popular.

Not sure it was a couple years ago when I got them. Update though, they are going in my '35 now instead of my '54!!! At least that's the plan.

Here's a pic of the Terraplane Cluster and Bezel we put in my brothers 32. When we took it apart to clean it up, all the gauges and speedo were Stewart Warner. We didn't paint it like that, the car was sold and painted by the new owner.

Please guys just no Porpois gauges. Find a killer looking instrument cluster from a Buick or something else and let us convert it to work with whatever drivetrain u decide to use. It might cost a little more then some SW's but it will look way cooler and people will actually think that you are Rad cuz your og gauges actually work properly! www.redlinegaugeworks.com (661) 259-8891 ask for Shannon
