Thanks for the update. Can't get to mysapce from work and I was wondering where the show ended up this year. I liked the old Putty Hill shopping center location but last year's spot was pretty bad. Looking forward to the show again this year.

Edit: Just looked up Sollers Point Road on Mapquest. Surprised how far away it is. You're still gonna party at Putty Hill the night before just for tradition I guess?

GREAT SHOW. I was there in like 2004 or 2005 I forget but I drove down from Jersey in my belair and had a blast... was in back of that restaurant where the bands were playin in inside and cars and sweet girls were out side...I'm going to have to see if I can make it back down there again....

 

Have never been but I here it is a great show, hope to make it this year

Well, I wont be attending this year I guess. This is at least the second time the KK's have held their show on a Jewish high holiday. Perhaps next year they could schedule it on Easter or Christmas.

We don't have much choice on the weekend, as if we move it to the weekend before or after Rosh Hashanah we're scheduling it the same weekend as another local show. Everyone makes an effort to schedule stuff that's not in conflict with everyone else, and so we always have our show on the 3rd weekend in September. Furry's show is the weekend before, Cumberland is the first weekend of the month, etc.

Unfortunately, with the way the Jewish calendar works, when the high holidays happen varies wildly ever year. We certainly would love to see you at the show, but can't step on everyone else's toes by moving our date around when Rosh Hashana happens to fall on the 3rd weekend. Next year, our date will not be in conflict with the holiday, but it will fall on the same weekend as Cumberland.

there will be a HAMB meet and greet at the show. As it stands now, there will be soft drinks, water, ice and Chris Grimes is bringing BBQ for about 50 to 60 sandwichs. There will be a sign.....look for it

 

i'm looking forward to the show. hope the new site works better then last year....

awesome. I completely forgot about this show and as it turns out I'll be in Bmore for my bachelor party that weekend. Now I have something to do during the day.

The MARYLAND HAMBers will be there with a red canopy with chairs, tables and benchs. I need to check in with Chris Grimes to see if he is still doing bbq sandwiches. There will be soft drinks,and ice. We also have dash plaques for the Maryland HAMBers who stop by to say hello.
