    I'm so damned jealous...

  3. We stayed at the condos across the street from that car back in May. Definitely going to need some serious love to bring her back.

  4. Something weird there, extra long B panel and what appears to be a 3rd rear facing seat riser? Open limo? Parade car? People mover for some Hotel?

Yeah, wouldn't it be triple door if it was complete?

  6. Looks like the one panel would be fixed next to the added seat riser.

  7. The 30/31 tub I saw in Kauai is still there too!

When I was down there a few winters back I saw a (I believe) 28/29 roadster and a '53 Chevy sedan in one yard. Theres some cool stuff lurking about!

Are we sick individuals, or what? Even when we are vacationing in a beautiful paradise, we keep drooling over old rusty cars! I love it... :)

Some call it a sickness, some call it an adiction, some call it crazy and some call it love. What do you call it? I call it a little of each.

There's a guy with a green '28-'29 phaeton rod that he uses for a taxi at the hotels in Ka'anapali. I wonder if that's what this guy has in mind?

Been going to Maui for over 30 years. I have walked by that tub on my way to the fish market for poki many time. The man's name is Sal, who use to be in a band named "Son's of Maui. A great guy and fine care taker of his friends tub.

    Aloha, Dave

If anyone owns a car and chooses to let it sit until it returns to Mother Nature element by element it is their business. They're not car people, but they have a love for whatever it is that's out there and it IS their property.

We were on Maui a few weeks ago ,saw some very nice cars on roads and even the one laners. A couple of well turned out 32s were a highlight. They were both all tin.

Are you talking about the one in Hanapepe, out towards the west end of the island? Has a bunch of wood in it? If so, I saw one that several years ago and it definitely looks rebuildable. Its such a shame that these cars are being left to rust.

  26. Over here right now and it's gone. The property is all cleaned up and for sale. Did see a model a project someone is working on up the road aways
