I am partial to the old Isky Polly Dyne logo. My dad had a jacket with that logo on it when I was a kid.
I have a water tranfer on my cabinets in the garage.

the ones on the craftsman box are mostly from motorcycle racing parts in the early 70's, and the stickers on the black lockers came with my garage, which was a body shop in the 60's-early 70's. i'm not sure if any of these are of interest or just taking up space, but that's what i've got.

  7. I've always liked the MOON logo ... and have a collection of Moon decals & other memorabilia.

This chrome & enamel plaque was mounted on the firewall of the "HEMI32" coupe from 1957 through 1975:

MOON was a major sponsor of the 1958 National Championship Drag Races in Oklahoma City (where my father ran the coupe in the B/Altered class).

Here's the Moon Equipment water-slide decal included in the participant packet:

... and two other decals from that event (still affixed to the coupe):

my favorite of all time is the orange black and white ISKY logo. I have had a isky patch in some form or another on everyone of my winter coats since 6th grade!

    simple and tasty....

Has anyone got a spare, or knows where I can get a repro NHRA '62 Winter Nats decal/sticker (like the one Ryan showed) for my tool box at work? I've always dug that one but never been able to track one down.

  20. Mooneyes has some nationals stickers in their catalog-but not sure of '62

Very cool post. Here are some stickers from a notebook from when I was younger and my mother saved it for me in a box of "junk".

    Chris

Oh yea, just planting a seed........but, would it be possible for a waterslide with the "HAMB DRAG Nationals-Dedicated to Speed" on it......I would bet that you would sell a TON of them.

Hi I'm Mike w/ the BackMotor funny car, I recently joined the new AHRA, just got my decal package, and patches for the firesuit, they are so cool, and very retro, seemed to fit the theme. >> P.S. this is my first post over here !!
