The latest BILLETPROOF RUMOR?!?!?! rant!

God damn I hate humans! Why is it that people have to start rumors? I guess there's some rumor starting about me suing, or having Goodguys sue someone over a car show. What the FUCK!?!?!? Usually with rumors I can kind of see where the truth took a wrong turn, but this one is completely out of left field.

Can someone clue me in on what someone thinks is going on?

I don't know about anyone suing anyone for anything. Or even a conflict! Apparently it's associated with the Blazen7 show in Antioch a month befor Billetproof. I've emailed these guys to ask them. I have been supporting their show since it was just an idea in their heads right after Billetproof last year. I even helped get them into the Antioch Fairgrounds by vouching for them as a reference and I had to approve the date because it was too close to Billetproof (as per the Fairgrounds standard contract). Why the fuck would I do that if I had a problem with them.

Anyway, I'm pissed. Why can't people just move forward with their own lives instead of having to make shit up to start drama.

Thanks dude! I know most people see through the bullshit. I'm just VERY attached to what we all do and consider myself one of the founding fathers of our modern movement and am therefore affected by even the lamest rumor. I would never jeopardize our hobby.

Just like my going to Goodguys. There was a bunch of shit talk at first. Now many people are seeing the changes I'm bringing about.

 

I thought the rumor was that all BP staff would be wearing Pit Crew style shirts, driving golf carts, and carrying two-way radios this year.

 

That;s not a rumor. That's a fact. But you forgot about the nugget style goldchains that say Billetproof on 'em.

Unfortunately when one becomes well known, there WILL be fools who get mad and start shit for no reason at all.

I say if you are covered and it is total BS, just keep on doing what you do.

Keeping your cool is the smartest and sanest thing you can do.

Perhaps it might be a good idea to see where you stand legally in all your doings and makes sure you ARE covered.
Lord knows I can think of a damn thing you do that would be illegal, but the strangest things do happen.
