Someone should photoshop that Holden. Shiny black, traditional Sombreros and wides, white tuck n roll, and a whole lot less of the shiny billet stuff underhood etc. I see it in my mind.......just not a photoshop guru. I would buy one, just not if they pooped out 10k of them. :)

Ussually I prefere 39-40 Merc with fender skirts. But this candy apple red convertible looks pretty good without them.

Thanks for the pics Rik ! Don't hesitate to post pics of previously posted cars.I rather think it's interesting to see them from different angles.Actually I prefer Kustoms with skirts too but I gotta admit Bumbstick's '51 Merc looks also mighty good without them. Thanks for the pic happy hoppy !

Years ago there was a Merc on the car show circut called the Green Flame. I had some pics of it but somehow got misplaced. Any pics of it would be helpful.

    Thanks, Bruno...

    Another cool one without skirts.

  25. Bruno, here's a couple pics of "Rudy's Green Flame". The first is how it looked on the show circuit, and the second is how looked after Don Garlits redid the car.
