    Thanks Zed! I appreciate it.

  2. Ok fella's, this is not quite as hot as most you have posted, But thought I would give Ill Gimmi (Jimmy) a little limelight for those of you that have not seen the build http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=494415
or the final product. Despite him and Fu Manchu (Mike) pushing hard, day and night, life gets in the way and "Barney" did not make it to The Primer Nationals. None the less, truly believe the HAMB has been an inspiration, to myself and Jimmy, to get this build to where it is today. I'm not a "body-man" so I took on the task of swapping out the suspension components and installing the 5 speed trans.
When I was finished with all the driveability issues (ie...axles, trans, brakes, engine) it was shipped off to Scottsdale for Fu Manchu to start working his magic. That's what I call teamwork! Seems how most of these builds get done nowadays.

I think it needs a lot more than chrome bumpers. It needs a makeover. Looks like it's got some Pro-street'ish rears tires on it as well. Really not HAMB style at all.... and sorry, but not one of the "The Hottest Kustoms Lately"

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! McPhail's car completely lost its identity when it was painted black. I've seen it at several shows out here and walk right past it time and time again... until I remember what used to be.

  11. Heres mine. I dont know if its one of the hottest or not but I am pretty happy with it.

I agree on the trim and the Lyon hub caps....it has a nice variety of touches on this car.

Wow, you have a lawnmower that looks like a 49 Mercury? I knew there was a reason that you are my hero! However, I really think you ought to do something about the interior of your lawnmower.
