History The Hot-Rod Racers (1948)

Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by Jimmy B, Mar 27, 2014.

  1. I am always on the look out for obscure hot rod articles. I came across a piece written in a 1948 SCTA timing program mentioning that Roy 'Multi' Aldrich car would be featured in the July 1948 Argosy magazine, I bought a copy and scanned the article. Not really the feature I thought it would be but a positive overview of what the SCTA were doing.

  8. One of my keepsakes. Multy's last SCTA card. He was a great guy, and 100% devoted to the SCTA.

Leave it to the Aussies to inform us of our own heritage. Thanks, mate. It's really nice to know where we came from.
