    Will you be updating the rollcage to fit the body now that the chop is gone?
    The car is really looking great. Keep it up and keep us posted.:)

    Yes, The roll cage will be replaced with the original style.

    Original roll cage.....
    Notice the rear transmission / torque tube cross member mount....anyone know where the original is ???

    Are you planning on racing it? Just wondering about it passing tech. Or are you building just for display at selected gasser meets? Either way it doesn't get any better.

    Very neat to see it going back to the "original" un-chopped configuration. If you were planning to keep the chop along with the gold livery, I was going to suggest calling it the "Gasser Getter" and splitting the history/name between the two versions of the car.

    Luck and success, it's going to be just grand when finished ! ! !

    We will use the original fiberglass doors after we unchop them.
     
  25. Could someone tell me why the driver seats are usually set back so much, were the engines half inside the compartment?
