Well I have another little step today. I have all 4 of my rotors as well as 2 that Rat Sass gave me as extras that I will get turned today and if everything goes ok I will get them installed tomorrow as well as the tank changed.
We will se how that goes
Then I will try to get the heater core out and see if it is in repairable shape.

 

Keep up the good work enloe, you are getting very close to driving it. If things work out it would be nice to drive it to The Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green with your son and go to the Corvette Museum while you are up there.

No the 56 isn't running and is in storage out of state. That's why I am excited for you to get yours running, I can imagine what it will be like. Thanks for the offer enloe I might take you up on it. There is nothing wrong with tent campers and the most important thing is that you are making memories with your son that will last a lifetime !!!!!!

Man I am bagging up old car magazines to take to the free swap meet at our local cruise in.

Anybody in the Cleveland Tennessee area come on up this Saturday. If the weather is good we should have between 5 and 700 cars show up

 

Well we are running late this morning but we will be leaving soon for swap meet if you are in the Chattanooga area make a detour to Cleveland and stop by the cruise in

Wow! Quite a gathering. Something there for everybody. Even John Milner was there. Thanks for sharing.

 

After the show we all went to stevieB's for pizza like we always do. Here are some of the cars that showed up.

 

I will be in Greer Saturday with a booth set up hopefully selling a ton of old car magazines. This is the Southeast Gassers opener stop by and say hi also feel free to buy a ton of stuff.

 

I stopped by my friend Gene's house and this is what he was working on. I think that he told me that the engine just came back from North Carolina where it was rebuilt.
