IMG_0580.JPG Paul Rees built Tudor (photo copied from Paul's post on Facebook) this was the coolest UK built rod in my opinion:

    SOLD!
After owning it for over two years, the ’32 will enjoy a new life near Motor City – Detroit, Michigan.
Tom (a.k.a. WoodyTom on the HAMB), the new owner, “gets” the car and all its visual imperfections. He already owns several hot rods and cars from the ’20s to the ’50s, along with a restored Dragmaster rail from the ’60s. Very sad to let the car go… but I truly think it will be in good hands.
I will always cherish the memories of that Deuce. (Below: Suede Palace at the 2016 Grand National)
    Have fun, Tom!

Thanks Stephan, I wondered what had happened to it. A lot of the UK rods end up in Germany. Still looks good but I did prefer it with the original wheels. Congratulations selling the Deuce, what's next?

I agree, it looked killer with the Halibrands.
What's next? Not sure at this point.
    And below: France, 1995

Very cool. I remember Pat Ganahl writing in The Rodder's Journal about his trip to the UK at the time

The '32 left home yesterday... :-(
Here it is years ago, when Dom/Bob Miller owned it. First version, fenderless and in good company, at the Euronats.
Special thanks to Dom, Fabien at Vintage Autohaus, Mike Miller at House of Patina, Charles at Vintage V8 Restoratioh and Lynn Bird for all the help. And Thanks Tom for buying it!

Cry Baby #6 (France) is in June. Here are some of the vehicles pre-registered, including 4 Euro Deuces. Very impressive line-up overall

I saw this 1934 Model-B in the Haynes Motor Museum. The longer cowl stretches the car and makes the Fordor look longer than the US version.

Straight headlight bar, different bumpers, skirted fenders, rounder windshield surround (top)... Looks like a true British '33-34 "Deuce". Cool Fordor... with 4 suicide doors!

Two old cars, two very different characters. Love 'em both.
