    Good eye, Dave.
On another note, spotted last weekend during the European Street Rod Nats (near Le Mans, France):

This is a 4 door converted to delivery, it's the same car but photos taken years apart. The first 2 from the mid 80's the last possibly early 90's.

The next one is probably one of the earliest to be rodded in the UK owned by John Wilkinson in the 70's and featured on the front cover of Custom Car, this was after a full recent rebuild.

The next two photos are the only B400 style euro deuce built in the UK that I am aware of. It's based on a glass replica and was actually manufactured as a B400 by a company called Jethro Automotive. They also did a 2 door sedan as did another company called Jago. Strangely both companies changed the suicide doors to front hinged, maybe to make them look more like the US version. In my opinion they would've been better keeping them as a true replica IMG_0001.jpg

It may have already been covered, but curious why some cars had the faired in style front fenders and some did not.
Would it be due to the stated/titled model year, such as 32 or 33/34?

The "faired in" fenders are, indeed, typical of '33-34 European sedans. Ford also slightly changed the body and the windshield in particular. (Check out the red Tudor and the blue Tudor below it, in post 668). Those '33-34 European sedans were only produced in the UK as far as I know, i.e., they don't seem to have been produced by other European Ford factories.

Thanks for posting all those pictures, Dave. Some interesting stuff I've never seen before, including the red version of the delivery.

    Love that one, too, Dave
And here is a picture sent by Tony Thacker, which he took this week in the UK:

Me too! It was the stand out rod at the Supernats, nice to see something different from the norm.
That is very nice! I'm looking forward to seeing it finished, do you have any more details on it?

Not much info, besides the fact that the car is at Buckland Automotive, a shop owned by Adrian Smith

That should be a very nice rod when finished then as Buckland builds a damn fine hot rod

I'm generally not a wide white and hubcap kinda guy, but this is one classy looking car.

I gotta give kudos to all you guys for bringing the European segment of the deuce world to our (my) attention, I never even realized the existence of such special cars.

Love the 1st picture. Makes me wonder how my Tudor would look with a set of early American Racings from the '60s. Yeah, a bit too "late" for the style of my car. Then again, the French flathead V8 is from 1962, so...

FANTASTIC find in France. Nicolas Espiard found this Euro Deuce (a rare V8 model) just 10 kilometers from home. One owner ’32. Parked in ’42 (!) when the owner passed away and totally forgotten. This gentleman bought the V8 model as he had a horse trailer. His 70-year old nephew decided to tear down the building where it was & found the car. Nicolas plans on cleaning the paint (to keep the patina), refurbish the interior, freshen up the V8. That’s it. 13709445_745749565528511_2145312398_o[1].jpg 13711564_745749575528510_33417157_o[1].jpg

That's quite a find, especially after sitting all these years untouched. Amazing that nobody ever ventured out to that building to see what was inside until recently.
