One of my favorite pictures right here, the angle and the stance are just gorgeous.I would love to of seen this car dressed in whitewalls and flippers.
Although taken in the Early times. This great looking 1941 Cadillac Custom Car photographed in 1954 has all the signs of being an early Custom. Dick Page posted it on his Facebook a few weeks ago.
^^^ Great looking picture and great looking custom.I love these early show pictures. Thanks for sharing.I just saw this pic for the first time.
Superfleye, these pictures were given to me by Chuck Mannings nephew not his son, small details. I do know that he did not build another "radical" but he did have a v12 Lincoln that wasn't stock. I have a couple pictures of that and a lot more of this mercury.
I was working a couple miles away from here and I got off a little early and had to make a trip by this spot.I know there are plenty of pics floating on the web but still cool to go.I am surprised the ol Rex liquor store is still there. Sent from my DROID device using the TJJ mobile app
"A car laying frame is like a sleeping dog." "How bad ass is a sleeping dog? I like a car that always looks like it's ready to go- it's part of the appeal to me." Amen.....I'm sick of these customs with the front tire jammed up in the wheel well and the bumpers on the ground....... oops, gota be careful, last time I asked if a car was broken cause it was "laying frame", ryan deleted me.....said I was causing "drama"..!
Just found this thread... Canceled my dropped axle order.... Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Man I would love to see this car from the front! With those Caddy rear fenders, and that killer paint I wonder if it came out of the Ayala shop?
That car is slammed pretty damn low too. He is probably lower then me in the back....infact I would bet he was lower. That car is still maintaining a true stance.
I've always felt that you can over lower a car. Just like over chopping, over flaking or over striping or over... etc. All the classy cars have one thing in common.. less is more.
