    congratulations

  5. Props on all the great work and craftsmanship. Do you drive it? Can you use the slots instead of those wire wheel covers?

    So stunning, great job Mark.

On a side note, there was a Borgward Isabella for sale in Orlando years ago for $900, it was bent like a banana, when I looked underneath the floor had been 'repaired' using a refrigerator door, the whole entire door as removed from the Kelvinator, it was the most fucked up thing I've ever seen.

It is so small inside that you would literally have to be 4 feet tall to drive it, ask Tuck he tried to sit in it the other night. the wheels are actually 57 tbird wire wheels

Like a lot of others, I followed the progress of this car 40 years ago..... Can't tell you how I appreciate your efforts at preserving this and other historic cars. Your workmanship and attention to detail is flawless.

yeah you can't fit in it... its all a crazy play on porportion... it "looks" like you could hop inside and fire it up.... but its like a 3/4 scale car... close but no way in hell I can fit in it...

Mark had me get in the Mega Cycle once... and once I got in... I almost went into claustrophobic panic not being able to get out- for a sec scared the shit out of me... crazy... haha.

Yeah a lot of people thought it was glass, but the doors and front fenders are 60 pontiac and the roof and windsield are 53 stude and the top of the rear quarters are 60 corvair, the rest is a conduit skeleton covered in sheet metal. when I was removing some of the tiger shark panels I found lead a full inch thick!!
