I had to use wider wheels to run the Fiestas and I got tired of the tires rubbing the fenders when I turned so I went back to the stock wheels with 'vette caps.

Your Ford is one of my favorites.

Just re-dropped (3" cut coils) and finished the front bumper-grill surround..still need to modify 57 Chevy grill bar that will float..then shave the handles etc. enlarge rear wheel wells and paint pearl white with Green flake roof and Watson scallops..BAM.

Great looking car - but I'm not seeing what's been customized. I don't doubt that it was, but could somebody point out to me what was done?

    Thanks,

    Dave

Heres a pic of my mild longroof. Shaved, nosed, decked, dropped, tube grill, smoothed bumper, done. Dont know how to resize pic, sorry.

This is very classy right here in my opinion and belongs parked next to Gordys 55 and the 57 that I posted. What a nice chevy you have here.

  20. Mine is not so much customized as just "dressed up" with some period
    accessory items.

  22. I love your car....but not too many guys could afford to own, drive, and customize a one-year-old car in high school back in 1962.... at least I certainly couldn't....:)

Sorry, I don't. Maybe T-Bird? I was over seas most of the time my Dad
owned it. It also ran good with some engine mods and tri power.

Perfection; clean & simple! The '56 Club Vic is a great looking car as is and this example does what a great custom should do, improve on the original with a minimum of fuss. Everything's pitch-perfect, but I really like the choice of those classy '57 Lincoln wheelcovers and the fact that the car's not slammed on the ground; lowered just enough.
