In the early 60's, did anyone else run "Scavenger" tail pipes, or was it just me.
For Sale in the Classifieds..nice little Chevy
That '56 is soooooo right on. I've seen it at Salina KKOA and Loveland GG's. NICE. Puts all the same ol', same ol' tri 5's with 18 in wheels and LS motors to shame!
J.C. Whitney anyone? I still like it though lol
Me too. I'll find the photo.
Lot's of people ran them, at least in Southern California!
Hello? Anybody still here? Haven't received a post since Feb. 18th.
I'm still here, but yeah, looks like the Mild thread has been a little dry. @loveoftiki was on a roll posting some real killers, but it up to all of us that have the passion to contribute. Here is a minty green mild 55 Poncho that I shot at Back to the 50's in 2013. Wish I had the rear shot of the cool detail. Owner got rid of the ribbed chrome moulding atop the rear quarter panels and metal shaped the area to match the body.
Maybe one of our other contributors has an image to share?
I found one here: http://customrodder.forumactif.org/t1747-pontiac-1955-1958-custom-mild-custom
Very slick! Thanks for finding that pic and sharing it here. I'm sure it could serve as inspiration for other kustom builds.
I will be on Vacation next week and plan to organize my magazines and photos and start contributing to several post. BigO
Beautiful car. BigO

I agree...I had one bitd..
I get what you are saying about the spotlights, but it’s hard to say they are not traditional. Probably been argued to death here.
