Yes! That's exactly what I'm gonna do brah!
Fact is they had their eye on a 40 woody and I helped them buy that.
First one I've seen like that too. Just a bleed off type as the originals were, I will probably get rid of it to clean up the engine bay when I swap. Worthless things anyway.
Picture of me hauling her home, kinda says it all.
Sweet ride! I agree, the 39 Deluxe is the better looking Ford!
I wanna know where the time machine is hid! Dude, that car looks like it just rolled out of the showroom! Great score!
Magnificent! The builder showed great taste and class. Done just right!
I'm thinking you'll never want to sell it.
Congrats on the newest acquisition @mctim64...can't wait to see what you have in mind for it...motor looks awesome...
I believe you are correct.
Not gonna change much other than the engine. Dual exhaust is going on next week and I do have a Columbia for it.
Well, that is just more than a little bit exciting.... !!!
What an exquisite piece of machinery you have there. Enjoy it from end to end and drive the wheels of it !!!
Can you sneak a dropped axle, some reversed main leafs, and some big and little rubber on there too?
Wow look at the reflection. I'll bet that body and paint are in better condition then when new..
No, no no. He`s got it all wrong. Lower the rear a bit and add skirts.
Took a little tour around our home town Sunday morning, stopped at some of my favorite places including my old High School. 40 year anniversary of my getting out is coming up.
That thing is PERFECT PERIOD!!!
Put in the hotted up flatty and the Columbia,
and then leave it alone! No drop no bigs and littles, NOTHING else!
EVERYTHING about that car is KILLER!!!!
Sorry I can't stop yelling, I love cars like yours!
Work hard and reap the rewards!
That is the plan! I like it just like it is and it's what I've been wanting for years so it will stay that way.
Now you need a 40 Sedan Delivery for a parts hauler!
New flatty built for my 39 coupe using the best new and used junk I have lying around the shop. 3.375x4.125 296ci 59ab block and heads. 8:1 compression. 375" cam of unknown origin.
Looks good. Like the engine stand as well.
Stunning! And a great back story!!
Lookin good !!!! Enjoy , she's a beauty !!
Holy crap that sounds good!!!!!!!
So it looks like you are keeping that oil filter?
WE need some photos of it with your cheer leading ladies.
Unbelievable car!!! WOW! I'd like to know how the ignition coil is mounted, especially any detailed pics of the bracket and how it mounts to the engine please if possible.
Loving the colour, depending on the light, it could be either black or green.
