It's now mostly back in one piece, and almost ready for the Lonestar Roundup.

I hired a professional model to pose with it for a photo shoot...full update sometime in the next few days.

  2. Hot Damn Brian! Its looking good. Nice metal work. Dig the red dash. Keep it up.

Looking good Brian!!! From here it looks like the car as a whole is in the best shape of it's life. You've been bust working on that body huh???? It just seems like things are finished to a higher level now.

Your Motor was a extended bell housing version right? What adapter are you running to the M22? I think I am back on my idea of using my 331 For my '32 Coupe again.

He is kinda purty, aint he? :D

Is that a flashlight in his pocket, or was he just happy to see you?

Haha. It really does look great. I aspire to that kind of metalworking skill.

I should add a disclaimer...that's not me in the pic above. I've never been that pretty.

Pictured is "Crackerhead Michael"....modeling the City of Dallas' spring collection.

  16. As always Brian bad ass stuff. It looks like you painted the dash the same as the motor. Wish I could be at round up this year but it did not work out. Are you going to be at LA Roadster show this year? Hope fully will see you there.

The navy blue really stands out against the bare metal, nice choice there!

  20. Brian ... I love your coupe in bare metal ... but do admit that I'd probably like it even more with some shiny paint! ... that said, whatever you do, don't paint it '56 Cadillac Mandan Red  :D

    Thats a helluva car there.
What I like most is all the fab work, and the thought that went into designing all the mounts bracketry, etc, I can't do it, but I know good work when I see it.
    I see it here.
    Thanks for all the pics.
  25. Yeah Brian, "more refined" were the words that popped into my head too. And does it ever look f'n amazing with all the tin cleaned up and uniform.

I think you're doing the car and yourself the justice deserved by showing it in bare metal for at least a little while longer.... at least until you get the cover and centre spread of the Rodder's Journal.

hahah, just to clarify and make sure that I'm not gonna start any rumors.... I'm just saying that I think this coupe absolutely has to be in TRJ.

Let's hear it from those that agree!!!
