The Ts with turtle decks are my favorite but, I may be biased.
Mee too - and I'm definitely biased.
Here is another one with the cardboard roof "Extension" must have been a "Thing" back then for chopped cars.

LB a very hard running Canadian altered from the Toronto area. The Percy Also/Karbelt machine was not only quick but show worthy.
yes posted before this one is BIGGER
The Jack Doyle FIAT after the top chop at Dover Drag Strip early 1960's
The Mike Sullivan Fiat just screams Badass!!!!!!!!!
Mike and Steve had a few cars over the years, including car's built in the last few years. They knew how to layout and build a car with the Fiat body like few could.
Here's one more for the fun of it. Looks like Irwindale Raceway. Larry Sutton (black hat) and Steve____ (curly red hair) (forgot his last name) on the starting line.

LB, the Carlton Esso altered is a Canadian car but for the life of me I do not remember it. Thanks for the picture.
I've seen that car before, and I still don't understand the need for the roll bar outside the top??
Farmer Jim Olson
yea yea this one is BIG
The front axle sure looks "dainty".
I guess the axle goes with the square tube frame.
...Isn't that the guy from Back to the Future?
Show and Go......So odd looking it's cool and it certainly was a well built very clean machine...I wonder if the outer bar actually pinned into the inner cage?

I wonder if this is the same car? There are some different features, like painted roll bar vs chrome.
Just all those metal Fiat bodies before the plastic....amazes how many were over here......and if this Sacramento street car became a famous quarter miler.
I normally don't like "street" Fiats, but that's actually kinda cool.
It is, it's at the Kustomrama link I posted in Post# 3082 a couple posts above...
Still more shots of it at shows I posted in here: https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum...ome-on-post-pictures-of-what-you-like.132391/
But it's been awhile and I can't figure out how you would search for it.
There is a whole thread of them on the HAMB but can't remember the name of the post. Something like Fiat gassers or something
EDIT: found one https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/lets-see-some-fiat-topolinos.1035602/
I’m looking for the car! I was told it went to Detroit after I sold it. It may have been lengthened with disc brakes on the front. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
