Thanks for the Pics from the Dirt drags! Lots and Lots of hot bangers there!!
Nice pics! Looks like an awesome event, wish I was there!
There were a hand full of guys there from California.
Looks like a killer event. Thanks for posting all those pics for us Puff.
just my daily driver ..................
A couple of shots from Sundays adventure at El Mirage
Not proper hot rods, but my grandfather built these speedsters about 10 years ago, both 4 bangers
Some years ago we took the Ford to the track
Personally i always wanted to build a Model T roadster on a Model A frame with a Willys 4 banger (i actually have the engine and the frame)
Those speedsters are most certainly proper hot rods!
Had breakfast with the Fellas today, all bangers well except for Jake he brought out the panel for the day which has the "twin bangers" under the hood.
Love the tan colour of the RPU
My '29 finally able to move out of my shop under it's own power! Still more to do but it will wait until this fall.
new pic to bump the thread up
I'm new to the HAMB and will try to post photos of the round air cleaner that I made from sheet stock that I got at the local hardware store. That was easy enough. I can post photos of what I did if anyone is interested.
Here's one of my roadster. It does not have the hot rod look but is powered by a Diamond B with cam; FSI; Weber; B trans with '39 gears; Laycock O.D.; 3.54's; and 6.50x16's.
Lookin' good, waxhead!
My flat tower of power, winfield head otherwise pretty much stock. Runs pretty well for what it is. Plans for lightened fwheel, ignition and fab an intake this winter. And yes, that old coil will still shock the living shit out of you if you're not careful where you place your hands!
Nick, that is a beautiful car! Are you the builder?
Thank you. Yes, I built the car last year. Currently working on a B motor for her.
Four bangers seem to keep collecting in my drive. Haven't had chance to park them all together yet...
todays offerings 2 1926's and 3 1928's
4 out of 5 are bangers!
Built in 1951
Here is my 30 roadster project. Has original drive train and brakes. Working on interior and getting it back to running condition. Lots to do after that but will be slow moving. Not going to be a crazy high dollar ride. Just a cool old school roadster
very nice car !
My 1918 T Roadster with a 4 valve RAJO , twin carb and c/balanced crank. Gary
