    Good eye, but those were on the frame when I got it. I moved them from the outer rails to the x member.

    Dang another early firewall, I've been wanting one for my pickup for a long time as it is early as well with the angled cowl vent assembly.

    Starting to map out the floors, I'm using some heavy duty tube to support the seat and fuel tank.

    Finished the floor structure, the floor skin will be sandwiched between the frame and sub rails so the structure will be visible when you open the doors.

    Since the body is chanelled and there's no feet on the cowl, I'm going to weld that horizontal flat stock to the firewall and that's what the toe board will screw to.

    Great build to watch, makes me think about maybe working on mine. Will the speedometer turtle work and get lubed mounted on top or the torque tube? Bob
