    This is correct... Carl is planning to race on the 22nd with his own event.

    And to squash any rumors, I'm totally cool with that. Like I said, I and I alone canceled the HAMB Drags due to my own comfort levels given the circumstances. I understand and respect that different people have different comfort levels. All is good in the hood.

    The "experts" in our neck of the woods seem to have a problem with arithmetic. One case somehow gets counted as 5 or 6 at times.

    Shit man. Guilt.

    During all of this crap we are going through, all of my Austin buddies have been super motivated to work on their cars. I, for some reason, have not... Instead, I've been working on weird nerd projects...

    That said, the Y-block was dropped off at the machine shop yesterday!

    I live vicariously through all of you guys that do the HAMB Drags every year... I'm bummed that you all won't be having all that fun... but man, it's just gotta be this way until it's safe.
