I thought we ought to have a photo thread for HURST shifters and related items. I have a small stash that I add too from time to time. I just got an NOS Ram Rod IN THE BOX, and also an unused dash decal to go with it. My Ram Rod collection is now complete. I have the shifter in the box, the special floor boot in the box, decal, linkage and mount for A833 MoPar all NOS.

In the cabinet you can also see the box from the NOS Auto-Stick that we just used in Bruce Singers '55 Series II GMC, as well as a Ram Rod Dealer Suppliment listing all the part numbers for the Ram Rods:

I'd need to know what transmission you have. 4 speed doesn't help. SM-420? No.

Question. I seem to recall that in the late sixties-early seventies, there were some white T-handles around, made from the same material as the white ball handles. Am I dreaming this?

If memory serves, you have an SM420 then. I'd have to look it up, but that means you have a truck trans. And, to my knowledge, no they never made one for that transmission.

    Pitts:

Is there any way I could get copies of the Dual Gate info? I have one sitting on the shelf that I might want to put to use.

I also have a set of Lightning Rods that are not currently in use if anyone has need for them.

I'm looking at putting a 1964 Fairlane/Sunbeam Tiger toploader in my '62 Ford Fairlane. The one I've found doesn't have the shifter or rods, so I'm leaning towards putting in a Hurst Competition Plus shifter. The issue is the Hurst installation kit for this toploader (1964/65 Fairlane/Galaxie/Sunbeam Tiger - 431) hasn't been produced in the past few years, although you can buy pieces separately. The only piece I can't find is the reverse rod, Hurst part #530-213-3695. Anyone have one or know where I could get one?

    Thanks!

I would have thought someone would have posted one of these already. A friend gave me this that he bought in the late 60s. The sticker has never been used, and I still have the envelope it came in.....

How 'bout a HURST money clip, or maybe it was intended as a tie clip. I purchased it several years ago through an Ebay auction, where it was advertised as a Money Clip.
