If we could get Whitey McDonald to come play you'se guys could see some serious flattie digger action.
That damn thing runs like 5.60-70ish eighth miles and he's had the same car since the late 50's.
Pretty damn fast for a flattie with no wheezer.Or with for that matter.LOL
Gotta love a flattie on 75% can.
Whitey has had his digger longer than Buddy has had his Fiat.

That's okay - I hope to get my copy autographed this year. The value should sky rocket.

  11. Ken; Hope we have plenty t shirts this year. I was a little slow on the draw last year. Ran out fore I got there. Had a freaking blast regardless. Wife gave me an early hall pass, the hot rods ready and so am I. Excellent way to start the year. Thanks for all you do.

I REALLY REALLY want to...D.W. has to work that Saturday, but perhaps we can remedy that. :D I sure do love me some drag racing. Cannot wait to do it myself at the HAMB drags this year (crossing fingers for roadster to be done!) Plus, I love my north Texas HAMB brothers and I don't get to see them often enough. Oh, and I love you too of course Bill. ;)

Hopefully the Red Rocket will be out of the paint shop by then and I can lay down some
52mph runs after I miss 3rd gear and cuss myself and then second guess why I didn't spend the paint money on a clutch and a tranny rebuild.............

I agree, but David is still in retirement until the roadster is finished. We would definitely drive it up there though...such a fun road trip.

    Mmm, hugs & kisses...I'm ready! :D

Sounds like a good reason Doc. Got the blower motor in the truck and hope to fire it off in the morning. I'll talk more shit later if I can get it dialed in and running right. lol

    Is it running yet?

Going on the back burner for a week while we do the stages for the Superbowl.
Got the x brace on the roll bar done today just those pesky wheel tubs to do and then she starts to go back together for the last time.

So what does a small car (32 ford) with a small v8 motor class go in. All classes only have big block engines except the 57 one?
