The MMA (Modified Motorcycle Ass'n) used to have a CHP cube they displayed at car shows, 1978-'83. Probably scrapped it for $$. Haven't seen 'em around, they were Anti-Helmets.
what even was that... i cant tell. closest match to that turn signal shape I've found is a 1960 Anglia, but its not a match for the grille.
Looks like it was a '55 Chevy to me. The turn signal bezel looks right, as does what's left of the egg crate grille...
