    Pitman, That's interesting that John Buttera removed the reveal from the outside, and I added the reveal to the inside.

    Bob, this frame method was one thread that stood out...and you've got some competition too!
    With matching reveals I imagine you're our Non-Billet guy. Got my vote.

    Unbelievable work! So far out of reach for so many of us but we sure learn a lot anyway from your explanations. And since you mentioned it....... Why DID you do the reveals inside? Was that strength or style?

  5. So are you grinding the welds to get the frame top flat?

    Yes, the welds both top and bottom will be ground and it will appear as if it is a formed rectangular tube.

    Thanks so much for the kind words. Yes it does move the 11 gauge quite easily which saves soooo much time vs. small cuts and welding. Thanks, Bob
