    I found this by searching, and would like to add that as most all of us run 5 lug, the magic number is .588 (0.58778, actually)
    You take the bolt circle and times that by the .588 factor to get center to center dimension of the studs.
    Don't ask me why. Some Greek guy dun figured it, many, many years ago.

    I am about to use this to go from 4.5 to 5.5". I figure if the drilling is accurate to the punch mark, I can do it in a drill press.
    Measure out from the centering ring of the hub- in my case I want the new bolt circle 1.43" outside of that hub, and mark them off with a scribe.
