^^^^^ Let me know if you need any other pictures. This is my 1st 32 build and a bit honored by comments made by folks on here.

I have been spending time weld filling pit holes after the blasting. Also been working on the panels i replaces and have made a lot of good progress. Only trace amount of filler will be needed.
Goal is to have it in primer on Saturday or Sunday.

I haven't shown many pictures of the old frame the jalopy 32 was on. Sad and amazing at the same time. It was a complete car that looked like it drove to that resting ground.

  11. Any updates, Tim? I saw you had the A sedan and the shoebox at Greaserama.

The body is in epoxy primer. Im prepping it for the next primer stage. I used ppg amercoat epoxy primer. Weirdest and best epoxy i have ever used. Will try to get pics posted soon.

Yep, family and I took the A, my buddy drove the 49. Later on sat evening, my buddy and I came back with my T roadster. It was a good time.

Plan to have the body ready for the next round of primer tomorrow.

  15. Looking forward to the photos. I wish I could run up there to see it in person, but I'm still laid up for at least another three weeks with this heart attack/bypass fun-n-games.

    Update :
Body in 2nd coat of primer.
    Frame painted and assembly started.
Rearend in process of being built and 3.54:1 gear set going in.
Finally got the wood kit, so that is next on the agenda.

    Will add pics later.

This one will stay non chopped. But i will do have another 32 5w that will be chopped. That build hasn't started yet. Im in the planning stages on it and it will be a mid/late 50's show rod with a full race ready y-block.

  24. Well, I finally was able to get some time to visit the T&A Garage, and what a place! Tim knows his stuff and his garage is chock-full of cool. Let's see, a '27 T roadster, two Model A sedans, an A coupe in the rafters, TWO '32 5-windows (major jealous), a '48 Ford convertible, a '49 Ford Tudor, a '55 Vicky, a boat, an old tractor, and a whole 'nuther area where he's assembling the chassis for the '32 being profiled in this thread! Whew! Oh, and the '46 Ford Tudor sitting outside 'cause there's no room inside! And the extra '32 frame and the upper half of a '46-'48 Tudor just for parts...I'm all out of exclamation marks.

A tremendous builder who "gets" the traditional style and probably could open a shop and have plenty of business...if he wasn't SO busy with his OWN projects, that is!

(No pictures 'cause I was walking around with my mouth hanging open, in awe of what was before me.)

    Thanks, Tim!
