T-10 Tranny ID help...

can anybody help me out on IDing this one?

C3DA on the case
9 bolt cover
10 spline input
25 spline out
pre 64 small bolt pattern only
ford shifter

I know the 25 spline toploaders were POSes but what about the 25 spline T-10s? Will this trans be OK behind my flathead? And does anyone know of a good T-10 resource like Kee's site for toploaders?

Guy I bought it from thought it was from a falcon, seems possible, but he was a mustang guy and wasn't sure. Got a great deal though Not wild about the shofter location but I think I can make it work.

Sure looks like a V8 Falcon four speed to me. I think that the full size T10s had a longer tailstock. Even the earliest T10 design should be up to a flathead.
