Funny how it rained on the forecast "nice" day Friday and was sunny on the forecast rainy day. I love your car and saw it in gasoline alley and earlier this year in Rhinebeck. Pretty hot walking around outside but some pretty nice cars to see there. Looking forward to your photos.

This car had a early 60's Rochester FI and Corvette type motor with a C1 style front motor mount I saw it a lot since it was at our hotel.

  21. I like the fact that almost all the cars Pat posted are nicely painted, I hope this is the latest trend. Thanks for the photos Pat.

Thanks Wolfcreek not to get too off topic but I skied at "Wolf Creek" in Colorado. Now back to the subject. I walked into the "home built heaven" covered pavilion and it was 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. I also noticed that a lot of cars are running newer billet type aluminum wheels or the race car style lightweight wheels more so than Cragars, American, Ansen, Keystone etc. I tried not to take pics of million dollar billet specials. My brother Mike and I decided we are getting old and cranky and critical. Oh well I'll put some more on now that I've eaten and had a glass of Vino.

yeah, their were some pretty gimmicky cars In there, But, their was also alot of fun to be had under the pavilion and not out in the scorching hot parking lot :)
A lot of people questioned why I had my '51 plymouth in there, they all said it was too nice?
heck, Bands all day, shaded parking and when it rained Friday eve, I stayed dry! Not too mention, the judges still found me and put the car in the winners circle today.
all and all , not to shabby. Add in a magazine photo shoot this morning and the fact that I made it home and in the garage 30 mins before a HUGE storm ripped thru.
