I've been going to Thompson for about 15 years.....seems to get bigger every year. This year was a bit smaller due to bad weather. Saturday was very rainy. Usually gets about 1500 vendors.

There is a big variety of stuff there. Hardcore oval racing cars and parts, along with general automotive. Lots of tools and garage equipment (most of it junk though). You never know what you'll find there, so to me it is worth it.

I found some junk there before the monsoon hit at 10:30. A vendor told me that the space rent jumped from $45.00 to $75.00 this year, which would be another reason for the empty spots.

Fall CSRA swap in Bristol was great this past Sunday, cars, parts, tools, not as much tractor, lawnmower junk this time. Filled three milk crates with stuff. Season is officially over, counting the days till Oley, Pa. in the spring.
