well, spent a solid day with chainsaws, 'chetes, and a camera.

should have a bunch more pictures up tomorrow.

thanks for the interest, we will figure out what is happening with the cars and parts when we know more.

I don't remember seeing anything like that when I was living in Bothell, although the blackberry bushes from hell are giving me flashbacks. If my mom had old cars in her back pasture, I wouldn't have minded hacking at 14 foot tall blackberry snarls all damned day. I swear that stuff starts growing when you turn your back... you gotta be quick. I know snakes aren't a problem, but wear thick gloves. Those brown recluses are fucking nasty, and I've found my fair share in old engine compartments ... in Bothell.
Wish I was closer dude, I'd love to help with that stash. Maybe when I visit my moms this year you'll still be working on it and I can come lend a hand then. This doesn't look like a weekend project, that's for sure. Go cougars.

We have found cars like that around here. We remove the brush, dig them out of the much and put them on plywood, then wait for the ground to freeze. Then just chainsaw a road in. With the frost in the ground, its like concrete.

Does teh ground freeze where you are?

Thank God they were in a Dry Atmosphere where the moisture could not get a hold of them!!!!

  24. Some of these photos remind me of being in the army and trying to spot the sniper! Real shame to see that some of these are to far gone to save.

Though you could always dig them out and sell them to a rat rodder!
