On the road but still a lot more to do.. This is my interpretation of a Custom Hotrod built to 1959 period with lots of influence from Barris and Roth...
Looks pretty sweet. Not sure what I think of the rear fenders. Any chance to get some more shots of them? might just be the angle.
Wow! It looks like it stepped out of a time machine. Love the colors... along with everything else about the car.
NEAT car! You hit the late '50's early '60's Barris/Roth/Caspar look right on the money without going overboard, like they might have on the same car. Which Foster's Freeze s that? My parent's usta take us to the Foster's in San Pedro every Saturday back in the late '40's early '50's, then just for fun we'd ride the Ferry Boat over to Terminal Island and back, all four of us in the turn stile for one dime.
Fenders look much better at different angle. It really is a step back in time to look at. The Barris/Roth influence really shows up.
nostalgia59, If I wasn't sittin' down right now, I be on my arse, your RPU has just floored me!From lookin' at Hot Rods like yours, lets me know why I like late '50's early '60's style so damn much!Just PERFECT Man, perfect!I like your grille insert, I may have to pinch your ideas on that one,Looks similar to the Barris Twister 'T', you may have mentioned that, but I got to caught up in the pictures! Thanks for sharing the pictures with us. Nick.
What an incredibly cool car! Lots of details to enjoy, an extra thumbs-up for the beautiful motor. Yeah, love that Foster's Freeze pic!!!
