Very nice work everyone. Great show this week. Love the '40 Coupe and the '36, esp. the 'leather seats', not to single anything out from such a great field of players. While we're laying down the wood, here's a mostly done Chevy I build several years ago. The camera work doesn't do the dry brush justice but I got as close as I could literally and figuratively:
Snuck that last one in... Progress, This one looks bad without the inner wheel rim; shows butchery...
Mind an extremely OT altered AlterNomad and what my plans are for it? Hope not 'cause here I go... And it's Impala SS counterpart, also an altered AlterNomad (bashed with a Taxi cab) Apologies for this diversion, hot rod guys...
One last thing, A model builder saw this on another forum and said he just found his first project for 2012 and will be sure to give me credit. Didn't ask, mind you, just says he's going to build it. Suppose I decide to create a sculpture based on it some day, should I be flattered by his 'enthusiasm' or protective of the material? keeping in mind, I'm the one that made it public... I'm making prints available soon...
Great stuff Guys! I got nuttin this week but since winter is setting in i will participate more often! Neal

She's a modified Chimneyville figure. As cast, the figure is wearing an odd 1960's style bikini with a strapless top. I modified the figure with aluminum wire, bondo and tissue paper to get the dress as you see it. There's one on that auction site right now, if you'd like to see what it looked like when I started
Hi all, hope this is not to late, but my son showed me how to post pic's today so here goes, ( by the way thanks Fat141 ) for posting some earlier for me. This is a resin bodied 34 with parts from the AMT 5 w 34.and wire wheels, Hope you like. Cheers FC59
