SUN tach info

I'm looking for help with a SUN tach. Does anyone have info on where to get batteries and a gasket for the old style transmitter box ? Any info would be mucho appreciated, thanks.

Don't think you can get batteries, Williams Instruments will convert the tach so that you don't need the box or batteries. The box can then be used as a junction box for tach wiring. I think the cost, with no restoration, is around $180.00.

I've been using the same AA batteries in mine for 2 years now.

Do a search, it's been discussed before.

 

Have you considered going to a SST-802 and ditching the transmitter?
