  8. Tim, that third tool you have that looks like a hand press kinda thing, is for sealing a lead disc onto a brass or copper wire. We used that exact tool for putting seal wires on water meters to keep the residents honest. Ours had the marking O.L.W.D. for Oak Lawn Water Department. Now you know. Mitch.

Yep, hooks to an air chisel type gun and you put a bit of some sort in the other end. Looks home/hand made to do a job at one time. Probably to drill holes for anchors in a shop before rotary hammer drills were common.

  16. That's old... Before Rotohammers were perfected, there were demo hammers. No rotation, just hammering but the handle was used manually to turn the bit back and forth. Originally used a 'star' drill (five pointed bit), this is an adaptor to use the later-style bits in the demo hammer. Not fun to use....

  17. The seal pliers were also used to seal aviation fuel in the tanker after inspection, with a lead seal on copper wire, which had an inspector's code number on the die.
    Keep em' coming!

I KNOW I've seen one of those T-handle wrenches before. In fact I had a smaller version at one time, and somehow found out what it was used for.
You think I can remember?? Nah.

I'll look in my toolbox tomorrow and see if I kept it.
