If you're wearing jeans with riveted pockets, don't get within an arms length of a nicely painted car. If it's your car, make visitors wearing jeans with riveted pockets stand at least an arms length away from it.

make sure your crank threads are deep enough for the harmonic balancer bolt your using!! or when you remove it... it could come out cross threaded and break in the crank!!!

if you think you need some rest before another step on the project, you probably need some... As a "just one last thing and I'm done for tonight" dont't try to take the fu(%ing rusty hinge pins off your model A Doors cause you might not succeed... and not sleep well cause you messed up and now the rest of the pins are riveted inside the hinges...

lol some of these are awesomely hilarious.

i learned that pounding on the end of the sector shaft with a harmmer to get a pitman arm off does a great job of fucking up the end of sector shaft and basically ruining your steering box. apparently the appropriate way to remove a stuck pitman arm is with a pitman arm puller and a little heat from a torch.

    well now i know.

A Certifed Welder..........is not a farbicator..........especially if they are a maintenance welder at a factory.

A non fabricator cannot put all the pieces together of a build in their head......one task mind.......weld...weld....weld........but are you sure this is going to pass tech? Bird shit welds where you could not easily see.........factory welder not to concerned on how nice the welds are.......ended up hacking it out with a sawzall and giving to a demo car builder. $$$ lesson learned.....1 year lost on completion.
